These experts have observed and confirm that, today, there are no alternative oak-based products that address all the challenges faced by cellar masters throughout the aging process of wine or spirits.
Each wine, vintage, or type of alcohol requires a tailored solution.
A single “universal” liquid oak (oak concentrate) or tannins (whether freeze-dried or spray-dried) that solves everything simply does not exist !
Unlike our competitors, we do not have a catalog and offer custom-made oak products tailored to the needs and product goals of our clients.
